All orders are subject to stock availability and validation checks. Order confirmation emails or SMS do not signify final acceptance; SVastra reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (including GoKwik and its partner gateways); SVastra does not store your card or UPI credentials.
Eligible items may be returned or replaced within the return window shown on the product page (typically 7 days of delivery). Full terms, timelines and non-returnable items are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Dispatch and delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
All materials, trademarks, brand logos, product descriptions, website designs, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of SVastra. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
